- 2 cups, fresh coriander leaves (hara dhaniya)
- 3-4 green chilies (hari mirch) (you can adjust as per the preference)
- 1/2 inch, ginger, piece
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon, chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon, lemon juice
- Black salt or regular salt to taste.
- Clean the coriander leaves well. Add the dhaniya leaves into a blender
- Now , add garlic, ginger, green chilies, lemon juice, chaat masala, salt and blend it to fine paste. Add a tablespoon of water if needed.
- Green chutney is ready, store it in a clean airtight container under refrigeration
Remove the thick stalks of the coriander leaves.
