Pineapple Mango Smoothie is a luscious tropical drink that will indubitably brighten up your morning. With this post I am biding adieu to mangoes as they are at the brink of completely fading away from the market until next season. Wait! what?? the last post of mangoes!! No way, I can enjoy mango and make its delicacies until they are up next season. Aaaaah! gratification!. Yes, you read it right, I have already frozen mango chunks, pulp and raw mangoes for the whole year. Now you can rush to the market and get the last best batch of mangoes and store them right away as I have done it. Here are the tips and tricks to freeze them.
Now! let’s come to the smoothie. This pineapple mango smoothie makes a perfect healthy choice for not only breakfast but also as a mid morning or evening meal snacking. Pineapple and mango, both are high in fibers which helps to keep your digestive tract healthy. Pineapples are meant to be an excellent source of strong antioxidant vitamin C, potassium and manganese. The fiber, vitamin and potassium content present in both, mangoes and pineapple reduces the risk of Cardiovascular disease. Yogurt is an excellent source of Protein, calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6 and B12. Yogurt aids weight loss, digestion, prevents hyper tension, and reduces the risk of heart disease by lowering the cholesterol. Knowing the amazing health benefits of pineapple, mangoes and yogurt, I blended the goodness of all three to make glassful of nutritious wholesomeness. Here is how I did it…

Bilal, it is always best to use thick and less sour yogurt for smoothies. It will never ever taste like yogurt and you will get good thick yum smoothie ๐
