Whenever I want to eat simple but spicy food, mirchi fry is the condiment you can't go wrong with. So, if you to want enhance your simple meal spread, then green chilli fry has to be on the table.

The recipe is extremely easy as it does not involve any complicated method. It will take flat 20 minutes from start to finish. The chilli fry recipe has always been much appreciated by my family.

Being huge fan of green chillies or mirchi, apart from raw hari mirch, I try to find out different ways to eat them as much as I can. That beautiful blend of achari tadka and the spicy tangy stuffing within is undoubtedly a pure affection.

Mark my words, you will never regret to try it once and then forever. Without wasting much time, note down the tips and the recipe steps mentioned below.

Important Tips to make best bharwa mirchi fry recipe

    1. I would recommend to use medium spicy chillies for this chilli fry recipe.

    2. To reduce the spiciness, proceed with removing the seeds from both red and green chilies. (If you prefer spicier version then you can leave it as it is)

    3. You can also use Jalapeño peppers to make this recipe.

    4. Do not, forget to squeeze generous amount of lemon, as it give nice tangy taste to the chilli fry.

    5. Do not overcook the chilies to soft and mushy. Leave a bit of crunch to avoid it getting soggy

    6. Any kind of pickle based recipes works best when we use Mustard oil. So, I would highly recommend to use it. But, in case if it is not available in your region, then proceed with regular vegetable oil.
