Made these a couple of days ago. They came out great and today I made more and played around with a lot of different toppings. I love to bake but my husband has been having some health issues and I have been looking for a healthier alternative to breads and crackers for him. I finally found it! Thank you

One thing I really love about your recipes (as well as many other ethnic breads) is that when you say something is whole wheat IT IS WHOLE WHEAT. Most regular bread that is called whole wheat is MOSTLY WHITE (or unbleached) FLOUR. I found just your blog and now I am hooked.
