Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 green onions diced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • raw veggies sticks, potato chips, tortilla chips, and crackers for serving

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, place softened 8 oz cream cheese and mix it well using a spatula to make it smooth and fluffy.
  • Now, add ½ cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, 2 green onions (diced), ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Mix well. Cover and let it chill for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve cold with your raw veggies sticks, chips, or crackers of choice.
