- 8 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 2 green onions diced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- raw veggies sticks, potato chips, tortilla chips, and crackers for serving
In a medium bowl, place softened 8 oz cream cheese and mix it well using a spatula to make it smooth and fluffy.
Now, add ½ cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, 2 green onions (diced), ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Mix well. Cover and let it chill for 30 minutes.
