Ingredients

For salad

  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced or quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 kiwis peeled and diced or sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes black or green - halved
  • 2 mandarin oranges or clementines - peeled and sectioned

For citrus dressing

  • 2 tablespoons orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add 2 cups strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup blackberries, 2 kiwis, 1 cup seedless grapes, 2 mandarin oranges, and toss together.
  • In a small bowl, whisk 2 tablespoons orange juice, 2 teaspoons orange zest, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons maple syrup , and a pinch of salt.
  • Drizzle the citrus dressing over the berries and fruit mixture, and give a gentle toss until evenly coated. Serve Immediately.
