For salad
- 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced or quartered
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 kiwis peeled and diced or sliced
- 1 cup seedless grapes black or green - halved
- 2 mandarin oranges or clementines - peeled and sectioned
For citrus dressing
- 2 tablespoons orange juice freshly squeezed
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- a pinch of salt
In a large bowl, add 2 cups strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup blackberries, 2 kiwis, 1 cup seedless grapes, 2 mandarin oranges, and toss together.
In a small bowl, whisk 2 tablespoons orange juice, 2 teaspoons orange zest, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons maple syrup , and a pinch of salt.
Drizzle the citrus dressing over the berries and fruit mixture, and give a gentle toss until evenly coated. Serve Immediately.
