Ingredients

  • 4 cups Sweet Watermelon cubed, deseeded and chilled
  • A pinch of Black Salt or Regular Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • Few Ice cubes and Fresh Mint for serving

Instructions

  • Add deseeded and cubed watermelon along with salt and lime juice to a high-speed blender jar and blend for 15 seconds or until smooth and frothy.
  • If your watermelon was with lot of pulp or with seeds, then pass the juice through fine mesh strainer. Since it used watermelon with almost no seeds, I had skipped this process.
  • Add few ice cubes and fresh mint in serving glasses, pour the prepared juice and serve.
  • I love to adding small watermelon chunks or balls to the juice while serving, its tastes so good, having a little textural contrast makes it more delightful and refreshing.

Notes

If the juice sits at the bottom, simply give a stir with a spoon to recombine.
