Add mutton and fry well on high heat stirring well until mutton pieces turn brown. Add ginger juliennes and garlic, fry for another 2-3 minutes
Lower the heat and add whisked yoghurt stirring continuously until it blends well
Cover and let it cook for 20 minutes.
Add black and white pepper powder, garam masala powder, cashew paste, green chilies and salt, mix very well.
Add 2 cups of warm water, cover and simmer till meat tenders. This may take about an hour.
Finally add cream and butter, mix. Simmer for another few minutes.
Delicious Peshawari Gosht is ready.
Dish out and serve with hot phulkas/nan or pulao/rice…Enjoyyyyy
