1 tsp, sugar
Add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle. Add chopped green chili and saute for a minute
Add chopped onions and saute on high heat for a minute.
Add all the whole spices and mix.
Fry onions till they are golden. Do not over brown the onions.
Add chicken, tomatoes, chopped garlic and grated ginger, saute them well on high heat for 2 minutes.
Reduce the heat and add whisked yoghurt. Stir till the yoghurt combines well.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and warm water. Cover and simmer for 6-7 minutes or until the chicken is tender
Add fenugreek(methi), lemon juice, garam masala powder and sugar. Mix well and cook for another minute or two.
Finally, add cream, mix and cook for another 30secs.
Dish out and serve.
